Description
Oxidized Bitumen 90/40
This is a very special grade of Blown Bitumen because it has a softening point of 90 c but the penetration must be 40 in a normal position when the softening point is 90 c the penetration would be about 20 and only the factories that have good skill and experience in the field of bitumen producing and have good facilities too have the ability to produce blown bitumen 90/40.
It’s harder than penetration bitumen too but more flexible than other grades of blown bitumen.
We are producing it in our factory reactors from a vacuum bottom by blowing hot air but with a little different from producing other grades of Oxidized bitumen.
Oxidized Bitumen 90/40 uses
This grade of Oxidized bitumen like other grades is used in bitumen, insulation, isolation, asphalt, waterproofing, coating, roofing felt, and other industries that use blown bitumen but follow different in softening point and penetration some industries need more penetration with 90 centigrade degree softening points will order this grade of blown bitumen to Asia Bitumen.
Oxidized bitumen 90/40 using way
like other grades of Oxidized bitumen or Blown bitumen before use, it must warm it to 180 centigrade, and then it will melt and would be useable for different industries.
Oxidized bitumen 90/40 packing
Packing of Blown bitumen 90/40 must be heat resistant because we must fill them when Oxidized bitumen is completely hot so the packing kind would be Kraft paper, poly bags, and carton boxes with a weight of 25 kg.
