Oxidized Bitumen 75/25

Description

Oxidized bitumen 75/25 basically is petroleum bitumen and we are producing this type of Oxidized bitumen from petroleum raw materials.

This type of Bitumen is produced by blowing hot air into our factory distillation tower and follow of this process the raw materials will oxidize or combine with oxygen molecules and finally oxidation will happen.

This process will be done until we reach a penetration grade between 18 to 15 and softening point between 70 to 75 centigrade when we will reach these items will take samples from the tower to do other necessary test items.

We have special packing that will separate from Bitumen 75/25 easily for use in production lines of clients’ factories and one of the more important items for bitumen 75/25 would be the quality of packing and after many years of experience since 2004 till now, we know how to pack this type of bitumen to make it suitable for exporting.

Oxidized Bitumen 75/25 Uses

This type of blown bitumen would softer than other grades of Oxidized bitumen and because of this item it will use in countries that have cold weather in Asphalt roofing or waterproofing felts, coating for pipes and walls, and in Asphalt and road construction projects also.

Packing of Oxidized bitumen 75/25

This type of Bitumen is softer than other kinds of Oxidized Bitumen and follow of this item we are first packing it in kraft bags then will put it in PP bags for preventing any leakage and then will palletize it the weight of the bags would be 25 kg and normally we are putting 44 bags on each pallet for loading in 20ft container and 56 bags on each pallet for loading in each 40ft container.
